ATS Mechatronics was contracted to supply two tying machines (TMB 400).
The scope of the project includes the design, manufacturing and commissioning of an automatic tying machine for round bundles to be integrated into the final tying area. Moreover, auxiliary mechanical equipment, hydraulic circuit and electrical systems will also be supplied. The automation will be totally integrated by AIC in the new finishing area automation system.
All ATS Tying Machines are tested in our workshop before shipment to site that reduces the start up time and costs.
The commissioning will be carried out during the summer 2020 shutdown.
